Happy Earth Day! Come out and help refuge staff clean up litter, and engage in other stewardship projects to help make our trailheads better for both visitors and wildlife. All supplies will be provided. Registration is NOT required. Sign up for reminders and cancellation updates.

Registration Information: Registration is recommended, but optional through Signup.com. Optional registration allows us to prepare supplies and materials for the program, send reminders, and allows us to contact you in the event of inclement weather!
Activity Level: Medium-active, self-paced activity. Frequent stopping, light body movement, and will need to carry some items with varying weight.
Meet Us: Meet us at the Wilkie Unit main trailhead
What to Bring: All materials will be provided onsite. Please bring appropriate footwear and a water bottle, if needed.
Accessibility: We will be working in a few areas, which will require a short walk on paved paths. Picking up trash might require a bit of extra mobility to walk off the path into brush/wooded area. There are no restrooms or water available at this trailhead. There is a medium-sized parking lot at the address listed.
