Are you missing Alabama's Sandhill and Whooping Cranes after they've left for their spring migration? Join the International Crane Foundation, in partnership with Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge, for a series of programs focused on cranes and their conservation!
"Cranes over Alabama" will focus on the cranes that live in Alabama: the Sandhill Crane and the endangered Whooping Crane. We will discuss how to identify the two species, their life history, current and historic threats they face, and how you can help protect these beloved birds.
