Join us in giving back and doing our part to keep our seas plastic free! The Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge is proud of host a California Coastal Cleanup Day this year to help keep our Refuge free of litter so that it is safe and clean for visitors and wildlife. What Do I Need to Know Before I Arrive?
- Please use Google Maps to map to 1 Marshlands Rd, Fremont, CA 94555 and follow the signage to parking at the end of Marshlands Road. Please arrive at 8:50am to allow time to check-in!
- We recommend wearing close-toed, comfortable walking shoes as well as sun-protective clothing layers, sunscreen, and hats!
- All gloves and trash-pickers will be provided, but we may but supplies may be limitied, so we welcome you to bring your own!
- We will have a water-refill station on-site, so bringing a reusable water bottle is always a plus!
- ADA-compliant portable restrooms are available on-site.
