A walk through the woods is beneficial to our physical, emotional, and mental health. Take a morning to put down your screens and relax. Wander through our forested trails and utilize your senses to connect with the experience.
Mindfulness walks will be a monthly occurrence on the second Saturday of each month. This month’s walk will be led by volunteer Susan on Blackwater River Trail in Canaan Valley State Park. Meet in the parking lot next to the golf course at 9:50am, the walk will begin at 10am. We hope you can make it.
