Discover Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge during the fall migration!
Enjoy a 4.5 mile drive through native short-grass prairie grasslands, playa lakes, marshes, and croplands that are important habitats for a wide variety of migratory birds, including waterfowl, geese, eagles, and sandhill cranes.
Volunteer roving naturalists will be on hand with spotting scopes to help with bird identification!
Other activities will include:
- Bird (and elk) watching
- Learning from naturalists
- Archery and other activities for kids
- Hot beverages and refreshments
