About Kandace Cole

A lover of nature and animals, Kandace is well suited for her role with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Alaska Migratory Birds Management Program. As the Administrative Assistant, she manages day-to-day office needs and supports the important work of the program’s biologists. Previously, Kandace worked for the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge as a Park Ranger and loved working in Alaska’s pristine wilderness. Kandace graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with minors in Non-profit Management, Civic Engagement, and Military Leadership. Kandace also currently serves our country in the U.S. Army Reserves. In her free time Kandace loves being outside and enjoys spending time with her brothers, hiking, skiing, traveling, dancing, and trying new foods.
