David "Dryden" Duggins III

David “Dryden” Duggins III serves as a Special Assistant at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, supporting the Office of the Director with day-to-day operations. A Baton Rouge, Louisiana, native and lifelong outdoorsman, Dryden brings a personal connection to the Service’s mission grounded in years spent hunting, fishing, and growing up around conservation. Before joining the Service, Dryden interned in the Washington office of House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, where he attended congressional hearings and briefings, supported constituent services, and helped staff legislative operations on Capitol Hill. Dryden holds a Bachelor of Science from Washington and Lee University, where he double majored in Business Administration and Psychology and competed for four years on their football team. Outside of work, he remains an avid deer hunter, fisherman, and skier.
