National Environmental Policy Act Reporting System

NEPATracker

NEPATracker is a centralized National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reporting system that allows the public to search for available U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) NEPA documents published on or after July 3, 2025 (there may be limited availability of documents published prior to this date). Service NEPA documents available through NEPATracker may include public notices, draft and final NEPA documents, and decision documents (e.g., Findings of No Significant Impact and Records of Decision).

To search for a Service NEPA public document, select applicable search filter criteria from each drop-down field and then click View Report. A project listing meeting the search criteria will then display and users can view, download, or print available Service NEPA information and documents.

Public notices of intent and notices of availability provide information about proposed Service major Federal actions and how the public can become involved in the NEPA decision-making process, such as how to submit comments for a proposed Service major Federal action and information about public meetings (where applicable). To find available Service NEPA public notices, select “Notice of Availability (NOA) Published” and “Notice of Intent (NOI) Published” from the EventName drop-down field. To search for public comment review periods for Service NEPA projects (where applicable), include “Public Review” from the EventName drop-down field in the search criteria.
