$1.26 Million in Federal Grants Awarded to Native American Tribes in California and Nevada for Wildlife Conservation Work
Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar announced April 20 that eight Native American tribes in California and Nevada will receive $1.26 million in competitive federal grants to undertake a wide variety of conservation projects. Funding is provided through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
