This group, called the Fox River Intergovernmental Partnership, will host two opportunities in the near future for public comment and input into clean up and restoration issues of the Lower Fox River and Green Bay environment. A public meeting will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9. An open house will be held the following day, Wednesday December 10, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Both events will be held at the Apple Creek Inn, 3177 Lawrence Drive, DePere, Wisconsin.
A presentation on sediment clean up options will be given at the public meeting, followed by an opportunity for public comment and discussion. At the open house, exhibits will be on display and subject experts will be on hand to answer questions and hear concerns in an informal setting.
