Otay River Estuary Restoration Project

This restoration project will restore approximately 125 acres of coastal wetlands and uplands on the San Diego Bay NWR and is funded by Poseidon Resources (Channelside) LP to fulfill part of their mitigation requirements from the California Coastal Commission and Regional Water Quality Control Board for the construction and operation of the Claude "Bud" Lewis Carlsbad Desalination Plant, Carlsbad, California.
