Volunteers at work on Cecil Street community garden

Philadelphia Carpenters Union Local 158, the Philadelphia Pollinator Network (John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum, Audubon Mid-Atlantic, Thomas Jefferson University, and National Wildlife Federation), Empowered Community Development Corporation (CDC), and volunteers joined together to build benches, tables, and a trellis for a Cecil Street Community Garden.
