Rob Burton, now retired from Winnemucca Bureau of Land Management, drives the tractor and drill seeder on the 2018 Martin fire. This was Burton’s last project before retirement. Burton’s leadership is responsible for the Seeds of Success collections and native seed increases that made experimental plantings at these three fires possible.
