Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge Comprehensive Conservation Plan

The Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) for the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge was prepared pursuant to the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966, as amended by the National Wildlife Refuge System Improvement Act of 1997. The CCP presents the combination of management goals, objectives, and strategies that we believe will best achieve the refuge's vision; contribute to the mission of the National Wildlife Refuge System; achieve refuge purposes; fulfill legal mandates; address key issues; incorporate sound principles of fish and wildlife management; and serve the American public.
