A Boating Infrastructure Grant Tier II project to assist in construction of 42 guest moorage slips/spaces, 40' and 50' long. The facility provides waterfront access with modern amenities for full service overnight stays to transient vessels for the City of Everett and the new waterfront redevelopment.
