Four-panel educational comic titled “The Pollinator Bunch Go House Hunting – 5” by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The Pollinator Bunch is outdoors at near dawn in a community garden showing all the habitats from the previous comics including flowers, grasses, trees, a cheery orchard and bee house, common milkweed, and a moonlight garden. An American bumble bee tells all its pollinator friends it’s time for the “welcome home” block party. A lesser long-nosed bat travels to the group from a cave in a dessert location noting that it will find its way using sonar navigation. A ruby-throated hummingbird heads home to its mate in a nest and shares the lesson the pollinator bunch learned house hunting; it’s all about location, location, location for pollinators to thrive. The comic ends with a list of tips to help pollinators in your community; Plant a native garden, limit use of pesticides, and share what you’ve learned with a friend.
