Peer Review Plan for the Proposed Critical Habitat Designation for 'I'iwi

The Service is proposing to designate critical habitat for the ʻiʻiwi (Drepanis coccinea). The ʻiʻiwi was listed as threatened in 2017 on the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife under the Endangered Species Act of 1973. This document outlines the peer review process the Service will follow when determining whether that critical habitat should be designated.
