North American Waterfowl Management Plan Oral history interviews with Harvey Nelson, Rollie Sparrowe, Dick Hopper, and George Finney. The first part of this transcript is individual interviews with Mr.s Nelson, Sparrowe, and Hopper, and are conducted by John Cornely. The second part is a panel discussion involving all 4 men, and is moderated by Dave Sharp. These interviews were done in commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the signing of the NAWMP.
