Neosho builds floating wetlands

Neosho National Fish Hatchery staff construct floating wetlands with frames made of PVC pipes, while baskets were later placed along pond edges because the rock wall border precludes shoreline vegetation. In all, about 300 square feet of new habitat has been created.
