Mexico NAWCA Grant Administration Standards North American Wetlands Conservation Act

These Standards apply to any project that:

(a)

is granted Federal financial assistance approved under the authority of the NorthAmerican Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA); and

(b)

occurs on lands or waters under the jurisdiction of Mexico.

The term “Federal” throughout these Standards is used to refer to the United States Federal Government. These Standards are adapted from the NAWCA U.S. Grant Administration Standards; any section noted as “not applicable” refers to guidelines that only apply to projects in the United States.
