Mesquite Post Burn

Large mesquite (Prosopis velutina) surrounded by burnt ground and minimal foliage. This demonstrates how Siphon Draw Environmental Services was able to create a mosaic of burned fine fuels and unburned native vegetation, reducing fuel risk by breaking apart continuity of continuous fine fuels, without cutting the native vegetation.
