North-northwest section in red marks an area open to waterfowl hunting during designated state seasons. This includes a section along the west edge of the refuge. The south-central zone is in tan and outlines the sanctuary area, closed to hunting and boats, where trails are located. All other parts of the refuge are shown in brown.
