Lee Emery at National Fisheries Center - Leetown with a Young Adult Conservation Corps (YACC) group. Leetown, West Virginia, c. 1977-1982. The National fisheries Center was transferred to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in 1995 and renamed the Leetown Science Center; it is now know (as of July 2025) at the Eastern Ecological Science Center. The Young Adult Conservation Corps (YACC) was in existence from 1977 - 1982.
