James "Jim" Barkuloo oral history interview as conducted by Dennis Holland and Gail Carmody. After 12 years with Florida Game and Fish, he was hired by FWS in the Division of Fishery Services in Washington D.C. He was later transferred to Auburn University and back to Panama City, Florida, where he would eventually retire.
