The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) began the process of developing a comprehensive management plan for Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge (NAR) in 1989. This Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) identifies and
provides an evaluation of five alternatives for managing Hart Mountain NAR for the next 15 years.
This Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) is prepared in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) NEPA procedures.
