Jacqueline "Jackie" Vann is hereby recognized and celebrated for her 36+ years of loyal and dedicated service.
Jackie played an integral role in the success of the Refuge's wildlife and habitat conservation mission during her tenure. Her unwavering commitment to excellence, devotion to duty, resolve, determination, and initiative reflect great credit upon her, Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
