Endangered and Threatened Species Expenditures: Fiscal Year 2008

This document constitutes the 19th report by the Service pursuant to the requirements of section 18 of the Act. The report covers fiscal year 2008 (October 2007 - September 2008), although some States may be reporting for a different fiscal year period (without duplicating a previous year's reported data). To return to the original intent of Congress when amending the Endangered Species Act in 1988, we have eliminated the reporting of data into the category previously known as “Other ESA Expenses,” beginning with this report.
