Director's Memo: The Endangered Species Act and Access to Non-Federal Lands Across Lands Administered by the Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management

This document outlines an agreement with the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and NOAA Fisheries regarding authorizations for access to non-Federal land across lands administered by the Forest Service or Bureau of Land Management in situations involving compliance with the Endangered Species Act when access is authorized pursuant to the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act or the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.
