Biological report style manual

This style manual is largely based on the Biological Service's Program "Appendix D: Communication Standards: Guidelines for Format and Style" of the Five-Step BSP Process for Ecological Information and Technology Management (Biological Services Program 1979). Although that appendix did an admirable job of providing guidelines for authors and editors, there has been a recognized need to update it, remove inconsistencies, add pertinent material and provide a manual that itself can be used as a model for its own guidelines.
