California State endangered Belding's savannah sparrow. The large-billed population of Savannah sparrows and Belding's look alike and share the same habitat, however they are both uncommon and limited to very specific salt marshes in Southern California. The Belding's is similar to typical Savannah sparrows, but darker, with heavy blackish streaking overall.
