Application of anti-bird strike film on a window

In an effort to curtail the amount of bird strikes on the windows at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife's National Conservation Training Center, a contractor applies anti-bird strike film which discourages birds from flying into windows yet minimally impacts the view from the inside.
