This uncommon "albino" form of milkweed does not have the chlorophyll normally produced by plants. It is likely a chromosomal abnormality and the plant could be surviving by parasitism (getting it's nutrients from other plants). Plant found on the Miller Waterfowl Production Area, Logan County, North Dakota.
