3-2554 Request for Drain Tile Setback

Upon the request of a landowner, using FWS Form 3-2554, the Service will provide setback distances for the placement of drain tile on lands covered by wetland easements. The setback distances will be based on the best available science and must be adequate to ensure that protected wetland areas are not drained.
