 2026-2027 TR NWR Complex Annual Public Use “Interim” Brochure – Available

The Theodore Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuge Complex is proposing several regulation changes for the 2026–2027 season that may expand hunting and fishing opportunities. To help visitors plan for the upcoming seasons, the Complex has released an interim Annual Public Use Regulations Brochure, with all proposed updates highlighted in “red”. A final approved brochure will be available in November 2026, following the release of the Federal Register Final Rule, and will be accessible online, at the refuge office, and at kiosk locations across the Complex. Once new regulations are enacted, the current interim brochure will no longer be valid.
