Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Control Act

The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Control Act provides for the registration of pesticides to avoid unreasonable adverse effects to humans or the environment. Such registrations are considered Federal actions and are subject to consultations with the Service under the Endangered Species Act.
