I need a registration reassigned to my account.

Submit a request to us below to have that reassigned. Please include identifying information about the registration(s), such as the registration number.

The site won't let me renew my registration.

Every location in a registration must have a certified activity report, even if the number of nests reported is zero. Click "Create report" next to a location to add and then certify a report.

If a location says only "Edit report" next to it, that means it's not certified. Edit the report and certify it.

Once all locations for the previous year's registration are certified by you, you will be able to renew the registration.

The activity for my 2025 registration is not correct. How do I update it?

1. Click on "Delete report".
2. After deleting the report, you will be taken back to the home screen. Click on "My Registrations/Reports" to return to your registrations.
3. Click "Create report" next to the location that needs updating.
4. After completing the report, certify it.
