Bartow County Student Wins Honorable Mention in National Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest

Candice Cline, an 18-year-old Bartow County student, has won honorable mention in the Nationwide Federal Junior Duck Stamp Program and Scholarship Competition. Cline, a graduating senior from Woodland High School in Cartersville, was among 51 students from across the United States that competed in the annual contest in Washington, D.C. The contest is held by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to promote conservation through arts education.
