The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) selected Roger Di Rosa, 53, to be the manager of Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge near Ajo, Arizona. Cabeza at 860,010 acres is the third largest national wildlife refuge national wildlife refuge
