Assistant Secretary for Fish Wildlife and Parks Craig Manson Visits Bosque Del Apache NWR

WHAT: Former Duke City resident and current Assistant Secretary of the Interior for Fish, Wildlife and Parks, Judge Craig Manson, comes back to celebrate Earth Day at Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge with Socorro school children.

WHEN: April 22, 2002, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

WHERE: Bosque del Apache NWR Visitor Center. From the north, take I-25 south to San Antonio exit 139, then route 380 east .5 mile, then State Highway 1 south 8 miles to refuge. From the south, take I-25 north to San Marcial, then north on state highway 1 for 9 miles to refuge.

INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITIES: Craig Manson will be available for questions on natural resource issues after his talk with the school children from 9 to 9:30 a.m.
