Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Withdrawal of Proposed Rule To Reclassify the Pahrump Poolfish (Empetrichthys latos) From Endangered to Threatened Status

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), withdraw the proposed rule, published in the Federal Register on September 22, 1993 (58 FR 49279), to reclassify the Pahrump poolfish (Empetrichthys latos) from endangered to threatened status. We have determined that reclassification of this species at this time is not appropriate.
