We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) announce the availability of a draft economic analysis and draft environmental assessment for the proposed designation of critical habitat for Gaura neomexicana ssp. coloradensis (hereafter referred to as "Colorado butterfly plant") under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). In addition, we announce the extension of the comment period on the proposed rule to designate critical habitat for the Colorado butterfly plant.
