Gallery Exhibit - April Price & Rick Dove

Artist Bio

I am an amateur photographer that currently resides in the state of Maryland, about 15 minutes outside of Annapolis, with my family.

I have always had a love for animals and photography; this of course led me into nature and landscapes photography. I have self-taught myself most of the basics of my Nikon cameras thru YouTube or trial and error, each time always trying to perfect my outcomes. I have also attended a few workshops and seminars to better my understanding of certain aspects or trying something new.

I try and get out as often as possible, especially on weekends. Most of my photography takes place in my home state of Maryland or travels to Delaware, Virginia, and Washington DC. I do like to take an occasional journey up and down the east coast to photograph something special and I am always up for a new adventure.

Artist Bio

As an avid nature photographer I love to go out into the field and capture the "Awe and Wonder" with my photographs. I try to grab the moment so others can enjoy what I have witnessed.

I have taken numerous photography courses as well as attended many seminars by other photographers. My photographs have been published in both local and regional publications as well as being displayed at many area galleries and art shows.

I reside in Crofton, Maryland with my family and menagerie of pets that sometimes become the subject in my artwork.
