Migration Madness: Tree Swallows

THIS PROGRAM IS FULL. WE ARE ACCEPTING WAITLIST SIGN UP ONLY. You'll be notified by email on a first come first serve basis if spots open up.

The massing of tree swallows at Parker River NWR is an annual phenomenon that inspires wonder. Join refuge staff and Mass Audubon staff as we seek out gulps of tree swallows (sometimes in the tens of thousands) as they hawk insects or come to roost for the evening. This is an outdoor program, please dress for the conditions. Bring camping chairs if needed. Binoculars are recommended. Meet on the refuge in Parking Lot 1. If interested and unable to attend, keep an eye out for pop up Tree Swallow Programs which will be announced on Facebook.
