Man on the left foreground, lifting a medium-sized rectangular net over a large rectangular fisheries tank. A medium-sized square metal bucket is placed on the end wall of the tank. Another man stands behind the bucket, apparently holding it. They scene takes place in a hatchery building - the rear wall features a row of windows, through which can be seen what appears to be a body of water, a line of trees, and (on the far left) a structure or building.
