Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act

Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act (ANILCA) provides for the designation and conservation of certain public lands in Alaska, including units of the National Wildlife Refuge System, and for the continuing subsistence needs of the Alaska Native people. Sec. 42(g) of this act makes use of such Alaska Native lands subject to refuge regulations.
