Scientists from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at the Lower Columbia River Fish Health Center conduct genetics, fish health and DNA testing. Conducting Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, or ELISA, tests to detect levels of Renibacterium salmoninarum, the bacterium that can cause Bacterial Kidney Disease in fish.
