In 2014, a $4.3 million settlement was reached with the natural resource Trustees, the U.S. Department of the Interior and New York State, and Kodak for the contamination and injury of the Genesee River in Rochester, New York. Trustee solicitation and implementation of restoration projects is ongoing.
