This application is used to request the approval, amendment, or renewal of a cooperative breeding program. It must be submitted and approved before import permits can be issued for the purpose of cooperative breeding.
Who Needs It
A Cooperative Breeding Program (CBP) must have at least two members. Zoological institutions may be members of a CBP. Please note, the lead cooperator for the breeding program (which you will identify early in the application) must submit this application.
