Permanent Electronic Duck Stamp Act

The Duck Stamp Modernization Act directs the Service to issue Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamps (Federal Duck Stamps) electronically (E Duck Stamp) that are valid from the date of purchase through the end of the Duck Stamp Year (June 30). Physical Federal Duck Stamps will be mailed to E-Stamp customers at the end of the migratory bird hunting season (after March 10).
