Auto Tour (April 21)

 Drive through seven miles of the refuge that are normally closed to the public.  Gates open at 8:00 am and entrance gate closes at 4 pm.  Auto Tour entrance is off the Visitor Center Parking Lot.  Pick up a printed guide at the entrance for information on refuge management and recent sightings.  All auto tours are weather dependent.  

 Pick up the auto tour guide at the entrance for an introduction to the habitats of the refuge and refuge management techniques.  The guide will also keep you up to date on changes, current wildlife sightings, and any changes to the route.
